I was with my family in the restaurant 7/03/16 at 3:30 and we left very disappointed. Your online Menu doesn’t indicate when you serve Lunch, when you serve Brunch, and when you serve Dinner. When we came we were given menu which had only branch menu and price $39 (online it’s $35). The buffet didn’t have much choices and food had low quality. Roasted potatoes and tilapia were undercooked. I didn’t really feel that I was in a Russian restaurant. Roasted chicken and tilapia I can get in any American restaurant and for much lower price. I felt like I was in a cheap soviet era “stolovka”, the only difference was I had to pay high price, $130 for three I think it’s way toooooo much for what you offer!

Hello, I would think about returning to your place to eat if you increase the portions; reduce the price. Our server/ waitress had a very bad attitude, was downright rude to us. For this reason, I will not return to dine here. An occasional smile and courtsey is part of customer service.
